Starbucks La Perla — Restaurant in Jalisco

Honestly, I really liked this Starbucks at this shopping centre. Very nice atmosphere, nice and cool in the mornings to sit outside too. 👌. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. BUT... They have one banos, so it is shared. That is not the problem. I am fine with that. The sink is on the outside for everyone to share. That's fine too. The issue was that while I was washing my hands, a barista went to use the banos. When this person came out, they walked right by me. They did not use the sink to was their hands. I immediately went to see where they went, and this person went behind the counter and started making drinks right away. This person did not even wash their hands behind the counter... just started making drinks. I was shocked and disgusted. I was in Guadalajara to support my partner with a procedure, and I can not get sick. Management should have training with handouts and videos to show and train the staff. Have documentation for them to sign, saying that each staff member has reviewed the procedures. Putting up a sign for staff is not good enough. Training...

El lugar está dentro de la Plaza Comercial La Perla y ahí está una zona de diversos cafecitos y unos árboles impresionantes muy hermosos que adornan con foquitos y prenden de noche. Nunca había tenido un mal servicio en ningún Starbucks salvo a la chica que me atendió, no pudo contener un gesto de desagrado cuando le confirmé que mi tamaño de vaso no era el Venti (ella me escuchó mal o yo lo dije mal, no lo sé) pero de mala gana dejó el vaso Venti y agarró el otro para escribir mi nombre. Hasta volteó a ver a otro compañero y lo vio con una mirada de "ya me quiero ir de aquí" la verdad sentí...

Pase un coraje en este lugar ya que las personas que trabajan ahí, me tuvieron esperando 45 minutos y no me entregaban mi pedido. Después de eso fui a caja a ver que estaba pasando y me dijeron que había pedido para apuntarlo qué por la maquina que no estaba que da la comanda estaba fallando y pues solo así me dieron mis cafés.por cierto una de las que estába entregando los pedidos estaba contestando y entregando de mala gana. Otra cosa por comentar que no solo era yo quien tenia ese problema, había fácil unas 8 personas igual que yo . Muy...
