The food was excellent 🍽️ The atmosphere was enjoyable. I went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It was a busy day, with families and couples at the tables. The downside to this restaurant is that it takes the waiters a very, very long time to tend to your table. You have to flag them down every time. The staff isn’t too welcoming—they’re kind of serious faced. A little sloppy and rushed on delivery of items at your table. They take a long time to service you. I had asked for my check from two different waiters and never got it. Approx 30-40 minutes had gone by before I had to get up and go to the bathroom and decided to request my check and pay at a counter. I believe the manager and staff were a bit suspicious because there were some young ladies that followed me into the bathroom who worked there and just stood in the bathroom while I was there and followed me out. The manager was then speaking to the waiter that was waiting my table when I came out. At this point, I had already walked up to a busboy at the kitchen counter and let him know that I requested my tab twice from the waiters and if he could please tell me where I could go to pay directly. It was then that the waiter who was speaking to the manager, walked in my direction. I decided to just stand where I was so that I could be given my bill. Not cool. Went back and had a terrible experience, my husband ordered the risotto and the waiter did not take his order, all the other dishes came at different times and then when we asked about the risotto instead of apologizing and offering to put in the dish, the waiter became very hostile and started arguing with us about the dish, we didn’t want to fight so we just ordered the rest of our plates to go (he rudely proceeded to remove the plates), then the manager brought the bill and when we said we didn’t want to leave a tip due to poor service, he became very hostile and called us liars saying we didn’t ordered the dish (four people heard him order). The personnel apparently need some training when it comes to customer service and kindness, also regarding problem-solving. The food was also bland, I don’t know what happened as I had big expectations but will definitely not be returning.

The food is delicious we ordered the chef’s salad (quite small as we expected to share that dish), the tuna carpaccio very tasty with a delicious focaccia and the grilled parmigiana chicken which was absolutely delicious. That with one michelada, three mineral lemonades was $1,004 pesos plus tip, seemed very reasonable. Read moreEl día de ayer domingo, (16/03/2025) mi familia y yo fuimos al restaurante, aproximadamente unas 25 personas, para empezar el mesero confundía órdenes y jamás hubo realmente un orden cuando se trataba de los pedidos, ya que pedías una bebida, luego el plato fuerte y llegaba el plato fuerte y tardaba en llegar la bebida o viceversa, después fue grosero con varios miembros de mi familia (malentendidos simplemente y causados por confusión con los pedidos), cómo decía fue grosero, sarcástico y al punto de ponerse al Tú por tú con mis familiares, hasta eso dejamos pasar el mal servicio y dejamos una propina (QUE NO ES OBLIGATORIA) A pesar del mal servicio, (La cuenta fue de más o menos 9,500 pesos) y la propina dejada fue de 925 pesos aproximadamente, cercana al 10% (porque sabemos que es una carga atender a una mesa grande y ojo todavía que nos atendió mal el mesero y tuvo gestos groseros con mi familia, a la hora de pagar y que ya estábamos a punto de retirarnos el mesero dice y citó "oigan la propina es de tal que son 925 y la cuenta de tal 9500 les faltan 25 pesos para el 10% de propina ¿hubo un problema con el servicio?" Y todavía se dignó a reclamar nos la propina que es OPCIONAL cuando hablamos con el se volvió a poner "al tú por tú " insultando a mis familiares y siguiendo con su pésima actitud, pero la cosa no acaba porque al querer hablar con el gerente o supervisor del lugar salió un "HOMBRE" entre comillas porque se comporto cómo un niño salió a DEFENDER a su mesero y sin dejarnos poner una queja ya que según no había alguien en un puesto más alto que el, y digo si Tú eres el encargado mínimo debes escuchar la queja y claramente la versión del cliente (porque es obvio que van haber varias versiones) al momento de querer hablar con el encargado se puso cómo dije como un niño, nisiquiera nos dejaba hablar y simplemente nos ignoró, cheque otras opiniones que han sido las mismas (meseros groseros, confusiones de órdenes) y para ser sinceros la comida no es la mejor si tienen la oportunidad de ir a Succo, DESAPROVECHENLA y mejor váyanse a un restaurante cercano, no es posible que hayamos tenido que llegar hasta ese extremo cuándo se pudo resolver hablando e incluso tratamos de, espero les sirva cómo un consejo y que no se queden impune los meseros prepotentes y groseros e incluso el gerente y otra cosa el mesero no se veía del todo bien de sus facultades (ojos rojos, distraído, y cada rato estaba tirando cosas y causando problemas, y no es la primera vez que un mesero se pone así), cómo dije y repito espero sirva de consejo y si de todos modos van, comprobaran la mayoría de problemas que comente, que lastima que un buen lugar se tenga que ver afectado por sus empleados...
