Taquería Minerva — Restaurant in Jalisco

Terrible customer service! I had to clean up my own table because every single table was dirty or occupied, not one of the nearly doesn't employees offered to assist in any way whatsoever I then told the cashier which I believe is the debtor son and was baffled at how rude he responded perhaps his daddy took away his allowance for that week or maybe he was just having a bad day. On top that the tacos weren't even good, how do you mess up a tacos!? The only thing they got going for them is that they're open 24 hours but you might be better off staying hungry and waiting for...

Ésta taquería tiene años en la ZMG, y cuando comenzó fue un boom ya que era autoservicio, es decir te formabas, pagabas y ya te ibas a parar con tu ticket en el área que estuviera lo que desearas, además de que, venden unas aún deliciosas tortitas ahogadas mini, hot dog y variedad de tacos. Y en cuanto al funcionamiento, hoy en día tienen servicio a la mesa, pero... La actitud de los meseros, no es la más adecuada. ¿Porqué? Se les olvida lo que pediste, no te ofrecen menú, manifiestan cierta actitud de molestia al atender al cliente, y eso, hace que una persona opte por irse a otro sitio, finalmente taquerías hay en cada esquina. ¿El sazón? Ese punto a favor del lugar, que te hace regresar y tolerar actitudes inadecuadas, ya que, siguen ofreciendo productos ricos, buena calidad. ¿Costos? Elevados, increíble que una tortita ahogada te cueste 55 pesos. (Es torta pequeña, no bolillo normal) y refrescos que son chicos, no medio litro o 600ml. muy por arriba del promedio. ¿Estacionamiento? Amplio, cómodo, quizá en horarios nocturnos pueda estar lleno. ¿Sanitarios? 1 para damas y 1 para caballeros. No hay rampa para que acceda una persona con capacidades diferentes a los sanitarios. Plus: cómo es común, tienen pago con tarjeta, pero, si pediste hot dogs, tienes que pagarlos con otra persona y no en la caja. Conclusión: Sigue siendo un sitio referente para el tapatío, con calidad y cercano a la Minerva. Ojalá, revisen los precios y mejoren el servicio. Pd. La señora que limpia los pisos, muy cordial y siempre...

Worst taco experience ever. Please avoid.

I'm here in the taqueria I order a special 5 pastor taco & a soda. The pastor was salty and cold. I say that to the taco guy it was cold and he responds that how it is... I requested to heated at microwave and they laughed. So embarazing.

I ask kindly my money back and they only give me back the taco money and not the soda one ... even though I haven't tasted the soda. They were hostil, and not caring about customer service. Worst...
