Wow This place has the best Sorbet (the strawberry flavor, I haven’t tried the others yet). I am from WashingtonD.C. & have spent time in 5 different continents. I have not found better sorbet than this. I can tell they use real, ripe strawberries & it is sweet but not too sweet, which is perfect. The texture is perfect, I don’t know how they get such tiny ice crystals, which makes for a smoother texture.

I also have tried the chocokahlúa cake, which is delicious too. Mexican bakeries are usually not as sweet as American bakeries, which some people may not like. It depends what you are looking for. If you want French-style baked goods (sweeter, more buttery), then go to “Oh! Croissant” which is not far from here. But that place has pastries, not full-fledged cakes.

Los Chatos does an excellent job of cakes which are sweet, but not TOO sweet (in my opinion). I don’t know how old you are, or what level of sweetness you prefer, but In my 20s I preferred excessively sweet cakes, compared with now in my 30s I tend to steer away from sickly-sweet foods. I felt happy & satisfied with 1 slice of this cake. 🍰

Hoy en la mañana fui a comprar un pastel para el cumple de mi hijo!! Quedaron en traerlo antes de la 1pm, el pastel no llego hasta las 9pm y la fiesta valio madres sin pastel!! Eso no es lo que me molesta, lo que me molesta es que no aceptan sus errores y cuando llame a las 6pm me dijeron que habian venido y que no estabamos si la m... fiesta fue ahi en la puerta de mi casa!! A las 8pm aprox volvi a llamar y su excusa fue que vinieron y no estabamos!! Que me habian marcado y no tengo ninguna llamada de ellos, y en el recibo que me dieron el cual es copia esta bien escrito!! Nunca vinieron y dejaron a mi hijo en su fiesta sin pastel!! Y aparte me quiere culpar a mi!! No se vale!! Pesimos servicio y aunque es la primera vez que me pasa sera la ultima!! No es cualquier cosa lo que nos hicieron hoy!! Jamas los recomendare!!

Bueno no supe como contestarles por este medio!! pero de nada sirve que te de mi numero ya que las disculpas ya me las pidieron mas de una vez y son aceptables pero eso no soluciona el problema y tampoco busco sacar provecho!! solo puse el comentario para que la gente tome sus precauciones al pedir pasteles con ustedes!! asi no se les arruina una fecha...
