BIENES RAICES CAMIZAO — Local services in Jalisco

We rented from this company for 3 weeks in February 2019. The booking was done in May 2018. The unit was in Las Glorias, PV. It was filthy when we moved in and took a week to have someone clean the place. Later when it was 2 days before we were to move to a second property that was managed by Camizao they told us it wasn't available because the owner sold it. This was a lie - we spoke to the person in the unit - it had been rented twice for the same period we rented it for (part of February and part of March) - Camizao couldn't tell us it was a mistake that it was double booked - it was a lie that it was sold. They then charged us double to stay on in the other unit until we found a suitable place on AirBnB. Further when we went to take pictures of their offices to support a complaint, our lives were threatened by Manuel Camizao who said he would kill my husband and that we had to f'n leave his country. He then complained about Canadians and Americans in his country. I guess this company doesn't know where the money comes from - stay away from...

This mall is an outdoor mall where you walk through and there are open courtyards. Giftshops, pharmacy,tonnes of massage salons , icecream , restaurants,adventure and tour companies both land and ocean, clothing , bank, and tattoo parlor too . The upper level is private apartments and the villa Vallarta hotel is on the ocean side also part of the building. The taxi stand is southwest end of the mall and the bus stop is at the southeast end. There are alot of vacant shops as alot to retailers have moved to the indoor malls down the road.
