First and last time for this place. Hostess tried seating us but all tables were dirty so we had to stand there while she got a rag to clean table. Took 12 mins before someone came to take order. She brought only two of the 3 meals I had to sit there and wait and wait and finally flag someone down to get my food. She never did bring the cheese cake I ordered. Never brought the juice that came with the meals. No napkins no quality checking of the food. Just a crappy experience. Food was mediocre...

El lugar es bueno, agradable, la comida es buena. Lo pésimo es que en general, Alsea, no le está dando a sus espacio la administración u organización que necesitan. De entrada nadie te atiende en el acceso, ni por cuestiones de salud ni por atencion; para llevarte a tu asiento. La sana distancia se respeta indicando las mesas que no se pueden ocupar, colocando cinta restrictiva. El problema es que solo hay dos personas dando servicio, meseras, y la persona que trabaja en la barra nos tocó verlo ayudando como garrotero. Esto provoca que si te pasaste a tomar una mesa; te tienes que esperar a que alguien pueda hacerte caso; asiendo todo tipo de señas, lo cual es un poco desesperante cuando ya tienes algo de hambre. La verdad es que dentro de todo tratan de dar el mejor servicio, pero necesitan tener una mejor planeación ya que dos meseras no son suficientes para la capacidad de comensales que tienen autorizados, bajo las cuestiones de contingencia actuales. Esto me ha sucedido ya en diferentes restaurantes de la cadena, Alsea, por ello es que digo que es mala operación interna. No todos sus restaurantes tienen la misma demanda, así que sólo pongan atención a sus ingresos, para que revisen que...
