The food was delicious. We were surprised. Service, however, was very slow. We felt like we had to ask for everything. Another table got chips before us, even though we were there first. We assumed we had to order them, so we did, and then they told us they were included. Chips came after our food. We ordered a tower and we had to ask for tostadas. They only gave us 2. We then had to ask for more. We had to ask for utensils and straws. I did not appreciate that.

Read moreThis is a small low key seafood restaurant located inside La Isla mall next to the turtle and koi ponds. All tables are outdoors. The staff is very accommodating. We were staying next door at the Villas Del Palmar and after a horrible, unexciting, and overpriced dinner on our first night at the resort we ventured out to find better options. It was so much fun, and every dish was delicious and hand crafted. The service was spot on and the atmosphere incredible because of the turtles swimming nearby.
