The Querekke pizza rivals that in the U.S. The cheese was creamier as it was Oaxacan and mozzarella, with arrachera, avocado, and olive oil. It had like a creamy habanero tomato sauce that I'll dream about tonight. The shrimp and shaved dried sausage tacos were also perfect. The appetizer, with fresh tortillas was a chicharrón queso casserole that was divine. Dessert was this fluffy corn cake with ice cream, carmel corn, setting on alote.
