Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Mexico City

Service seemed good at first, then it quickly became a disaster. Came to watch a football game ordered drinks and the appetizers, they came super fast. After that it took 40 minutes for the guy to come back and that’s because we flagged out server down. I asked for 2 beers because I knew that this service was going to be subpar. Not only did they not have the beer I asked, I settled and only got one…. Another 40 minutes to get another beer. The food didn’t come out until we asked for the food. I ordered UberEats from here and my entire order was incorrect. I am unsure how the restaurant itself is but I would highly NOT recommend ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings through an app unless you're there to make sure your order is correct personally. The wings I did receive weren't boneless and even the stickers on the box they came in did not match what was inside, this seems to me as the customer, that the box was meant for an earlier order. I wish I can give this place 0 stars. We came here when it wasn’t busy yet, we didn’t receive our drinks until 25min after we had to remind our server Mauro twice. When he took our order he wasn’t even paying attention, he was watching the game on the TV. When he repeated our order it was wrong & when we told him it was wrong he gave us attitude & walked away.
