Burger King Genova — Restaurant in Mexico City

During my visit to Mexico we went to BK thinking that this place follow same standards as USA , but I was wrong . I paid and the cashier told me that he didn’t have enough change and that I have to wait to someone pay cash to give me back my change ??? How ???

20 minutes to give me my burger … I told the person that I wanted a burger with NO Cheese , and the person making the burgers we saw from far that he by mistake forgot about the NO cheese part and I saw him throwing something to the trash but I wasn’t sure what it was bc he was preparing a lot of burgers Time to eat my burger ! Well guess what !!! What this guy did was to remove the cheese from the burger and give it to me like that ! When in fact ! By protocol HE NEEDED to make a new burger , my husband told me that he felt cheese on the burger but I ignored … after out of curiosity I opened my burger there was a cheese ! How come this people can just remove a piece of cheese and just give the burger like that ???? What if someone was allergic to cheese and they die ??? Lack of professionalism! Asked money back ! Hoy 24 de julio a las 10 PM Acudí a la sucursal zona rosa nefastamente me atendieron 2 sujetos uno en el mostrador con un tatuaje de unos labios rojos desde un inicio nos atendió de mala gana y una actitud no acordé a su puesto de trabajo que es el servicio. Hicimos nuestra orden la cual el sujeto tomo de mala gana. Nunca nos pregunto si el servicio era para comer allí o llevar, jamás nos hizo venta cruzada ya que creo el establecimiento gana por ticket promedio y por ítems para que les genere bonos por ventas El cual se le pidió antes de cobrar y sacar el ticket queso, el respondió de una manera brusca que no, por qué según ya cerró la cuenta se le pidió que nos cobrara el queso que le pedimos de favor ya que jamás nos ofreció nada le pedimos que sin importar el costo lo hiciera, con caras accedió a hacerlo y nos cobro Se le pidio el ticket y nos dijo que no era posible entonces eso quiere decir que nos robo dinero o como? Pedimos hablar con el gerente Nos hizo esperar 30 minutos en entregarnos el servicio y que el gerente saliera, nos atendió el gerente de la sucursal muy prepotente y no nos dio ningúna solución al problema emitido por su colaborador y no nos dio el ticket del pago del queso extra,le pedimos la devolución y como se pagó en tarjeta nos negó la devolución por políticas de su franquiciatario,se le pregunto a qué hora cerraban y nos dijo que a las 10 cuando ya eran 10:15 y los horarios que aparecen en sus sucursales dicen otra cosa. nos dieron el servicio y después mandaron a una chica de cabello claro con tatuajes en el antebrazo izquierdo la mandaron a entregarnos un ticket según del queso y darnos su explicación del motivo Escalare mi queja ante las autoridades competentes para que este tipo de maltrato no se replique en las demás sucursales. Ya que tengo pruebas de los tickets y grabaciones de la atención que nos dieron...

Typical Burger King. Even though very busy service was fast, attentive and correctly delivered. Much better than average. Plenty of seating. Best seats over Calle Genova but are usually taken. Very crowded at lunch time with many nearby offices and a pedestrian and student crowd on way to and from Metro Insurgents. It's a walk in place as nearby parking can be extremely difficult. Good selection and prices are ok. Combo #10, the Long Rodeo was not the most tasty. Stay with The BK standbys - the Whoppers. Many other Burger places to choose...
