India Mandala — Restaurant in Mexico City

Good service, they're fast and attentive. The omelette with vegan cheese is delicious. The cheese is creamy and the vegan ham is flavourful. It comes with refried beans too so it's quite filling. Their hot chocolate is yummy. The texture isn't smooth but it tastes so good and natural, it doesn't have that synthetic chocolate aroma. However, their samosas aren't too good. This is why I'm giving only four stars, there's room for growth for their samosas. They can make it better. I think it needs (more) spices to make it richer, and I couldn't really taste the tofu and other stuff the menu says it's got; the filling was mainly potatoes. It got a lot of potatoes though. Hope they can see this and bring their samosa to the standard of their vegan omelette, which was the best thing that happened...

It is such a good vegan option for those living or working by mid-west zone of the city.
