Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Mexico City

Visité Johnny Rockets en Patio Santa Fe y mi experiencia fue muy negativa debido a la falta de transparencia en los precios. El restaurante no informa a los clientes el precio total con IVA incluido, lo cual solo se desglosa al final en la cuenta como un costo adicional. Esto no solo genera confusión, sino que viola el Artículo 7 Bis de la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, reformado el 11-01-2018, que obliga a los proveedores a informar de manera notoria y visible el monto total a pagar, incluyendo impuestos y cualquier cargo adicional. Esta práctica engaña al consumidor y afecta la confianza en el establecimiento. No recomiendo este lugar hasta que mejoren su transparencia y cumplan con la normativa vigente.

ARTÍCULO 7 BIS.- El proveedor deberá informar de forma notoria y visible el monto total a pagar por los bienes, productos o servicios que ofrezca al consumidor.

Dicho monto deberá incluir impuestos, comisiones, intereses, seguros y cualquier otro costo, cargo, gasto o erogación adicional que se requiera cubrir con motivo de la adquisición o contratación respectiva, sea ésta al contado...
