This is the first time I ever write a negative review in my life but I feel it is beyond necessary! The pastries are delicious and have nothing to do with my review. However, customer service goes a very long way! The service from the person who claimed to be in charge tonight was terrible! After I bought my beautiful delicious little pastries and realized they sell food as well and have tables where one can enjoy them, my sister, mother, and I (exhausted from our trip) took a seat and were expecting to get menus. That never happened. All except one of the tables had a bottle of white wine and a water bottle on them and we were accused of taking the missing water bottle!!!! So humiliating!!!! I was very very upset and asked them to please revise their cameras! I wanted to pay them just to look At their cameras and to prove that it is wrong to accuse people just because they felt like it. They refused to do so. I am an respectful educated woman and would never take ANYTHING from anyone or anything without paying! I am blessed with a great job and can most definitely pay for pretty much anything I please. What was more upsetting was his unwillingness to check the camera and said his server would have to pay the consequences. At this point the issue was no longer about customer service but it was about respect to others. I felt extremely disrespected and offended for being accused of something I know better and...

I saw some reviews that criticized how staff kept trying to upsell. True fact, but I wouldn't deduct points for that, this behavior is typical in the food industry and is commonplace at many establishments; people in Mexico, just like in the US make a living off of tips. Also, if you're going to sit down restaurant-style, rather than grabbing something off the convenience store fridge or a greasy burger from a fast food chain, be prepared to shell out a few more dollars. This is the largest international airport in Mexico and these are airport prices which are notoriously inflated worldwide, so stop complaining about the prices. The food was OK, nothing to write home about but simply fine for airport food. I ordered dead's bread (pan de muerto since it was the day of the dead holiday) which had a nice french crème filling, and a taro tea latte. Everything came out quickly and the service provided by Gerardo Camacho and Magda was excellent. Check came quick and no overcharges. Overall I had a positive experience and my...

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Ordered eggs and smoked salmon. Requested extra cooked but it came under cooked and cold. Asked to have it made again and was given the same cold under cooked meal 10 mins later. I think flight food would have been way better. That should say a lot. Did not eat a single bite of it and had to pay for the meal. The meal not being they way I requested could be miscommunication since it's a bit busy but did not appreciate having to pay for it without a alternative meal offering. Instead was told by server that she brought it hot and fresh. 😠 Very bad...

I travel to Mexico quite often for work and usually have long layovers in the Mexico City airport. This place is my go to for a good meal and especially pastries. I haven't had anything I didn't love so far. Their croissants are so flakey and buttery. I usually go for their chocolatines for the bit of chocolate inside.
