McDonald's Camarones — Restaurant in Mexico City

I just went to buy it was 317 pesos for my order not only that the fries are half way filled up, they take forever to have your order and on top of that it's cold I would understand they took long because they are making the fries right there and then but no that's not the case, I asked for mayonnaise, ketchup and bbq and all they gave me for 3 burgers was 1 hahahaha How???? Then I call customer service and all they say is we will report it... what is a report gonna do? Worst...

Its ok, I just hate it seems like the company loves to train new hires there, it is very common they forget something you ordered, or the guy at the counter needs to consult all the time with the guy in charge, or is afraid of using the whatever computer they use to order, if you are not in a hurry and even kind of you want to repeat your order 3 or 4 times or even clarify your order 4 or 5 times, then it is the right place...

(actualización al final) Con la remodelaciones que han sufrido las sucursales creo que han sido para bien. Esta en particular he venido por años y un tema del que no se habla por ejemplo son los baños, usualmente entras a otros restaurantes y están descuidados, sucios o huelen mal, este por el contrario entras y aparte de que lucen limpios huelen espectacular. Volviendo al tema del restaurante, el servicio fue demasiado rápido me sorprendió la rapidez con la que llegó mi pedido (que ordené desde la pantalla) y los juegos para los niños también están muy bien cuidados y seguros.

[Actualización: he vuelto al menos tres veces y cambió drásticamente, hace falta personal, no se dan abasto, tardas demasiado en obtener tu pedido y aunque en la pantalla dice que ya está listo tienen un rezago tremendo y hay mucha gente que se amontona cerca de mostrador para pedir desde una catsup, es un desastre al menos a hora pico. Ejemplo, estoy poniendo una foto de la basura acumulada y cómo se desborda de que no hay personal que la levante constantemente y menos que limpien las mesas y no creo que sea culpa de los empleados pues ellos los ves trabajando al 100% pero reitero que falta gente al menos limpiando o atendiendo ya que en la cocina pues no me consta...
