I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles (I really hate them, just the smell makes me want to puke), yet, I got pickles. You can clearly see on the receipt that the cashier took the order right. I asked them to change my burger and they refused saying "just take them out" and dismissed me. Ummm, no that wouldn't fix anything. It is a standard quality McDonald's restaurant. Due to high-turnover the service varies. They have new workers almost every month. Service is usually better in the morning while there are not many customers. This area does not have many affordable places to eat out especially in the evening after the food-stands in the street close so in the evening this is the most affordable option in a several block area. El día 24 de enero asistí a comer a este establecimiento, y me llevé una gran decepción al ver que NADIE del personal encargado de preparar alimentos TRAÍA EL CABELLO CUBIERTO POR UNA RED/COFIA, aún así adquirí mis alimentos, posterior a esto me dispuse a ingresar al sanitario, NO HABÍA SERVICIO DE SANITARIO en un restaurante de comida rápida, tenía una urgencia de las que TENEMOS todas las mujeres cada mes, para realizar un cambió, me vi en la penosa necesidad de hacérselo saber a LA GERENTE ANA, ella unicamente ME INDICÓ QUE DEBIDO A LA FALTA DE AGUA NO PODRÍA PERMITIRME EL ACCESO AL SANITARIO, le indique que no iba utilizar agua, ya que sólo necesitaba un cambió.
