My personal mixed experience. Some servers were very absentminded about taking cst orders. They ask me to step forward & order. As soon as i did that, they got busy talking to other coworkers ignoring my trying to place my order. Don't they know how much free time a cst has at an aiport! Buy coffee then run to ur gate. However, there was an employee that was on top of the game in spite of the busy environment. Very nice attitude & projected "Starbucks" standard of svc very well (I have a frequent flyer card) so I know very well what to expect. I asked her name & she hesitantly said 'Karen' (she had no visibly name tag). So Karen with a red shirt & black apron gets high marks from me. 5 stars for Karen. The rest need to go back...
Read moreI ordered 2 natural plain croissants to go, the girl kept on pushing I should buy whole grain, I refused, I do not want whole grain, it took a long tike to convince her I wanted a regular croissant.
I was shocked by the prices, I paid over 200 MXN for them, but I guessed: Airport prices.....Sight I instantly regretted ordering them at Starbucks and not elsewhere for I had seen much cheaper croissants.........
I had to wait for forever only to receive 2 croissants with pavo and cheese. Which I obviously did not order........but that explained the price I guess.......
So maybe she should get hearing aids........this is so not Starbucks and so annoying........

Read moreI had the most ridiculous service here. I ordered a small normal café latte without crema or syrup, but got one with caramel syrup & crema. I went back and said I would like a normal café latte & got the same caramel latte again 😂😂 In the end I was asked rude and annoyed "what do you want?". Is it so difficult to communicate in the team? I ended up getting a slap on café latte with boiling hot milk & had to wait 10 minutes to drink it. Glad I had to wait a little longer for the flight.
