Hello, I just wanted to write a review on the amazing employee Daniel at Starbucks on Calzada de Tlalpan 1037. He went above & beyond to help me. He not only made me an awesome frappe. But, more importantly, He was able to help me find my way back home safely. After missing 2 uber drivers & walking around aimlessly in the Starbucks/Walmart parking lot.
I asked Daniel for assistance,& he so graciously spoke with my uber driver. Since, I was having such trouble understanding & locating the driver. Daniel spoke kindly with the man, asking where he was located, what kind of car, etc.
Daniel truly went above & beyond to assist me & I really appreciate it. He was so incredibly kind, he even walked with me to safely find my uber driver in the parking lot!! I was almost in tears at this kindness I experienced Starbucks!!!! Thank you so much Daniel!!!!!!! You are an awesome human being !!!!!! Wish you all the best!!!
