Tacos Beto Los De Cochinada — Restaurant in Mexico City

Some of the best gringas I've had in the city, and that was a long stay during which I ate many fine gringas. When I wanted to try something other than gringas, I got adventurous and picked the special cochinada taco, which supposedly contains various meats from the bottom of the pan where they have been cooked for something like a week. Needless to say, I had a bad case of diarrhea as a result of that tasty burnt-flavored taco, and was sick for about a week. I watched a "Taco Tour" documental for the USA folks and this place was highlighted as a must-visit Taco place. However, as a Mexican, I can certainly confirm that there are thousands better places than this one. And cheaper by the way. The famous "Cochinada" does not taste to anything. Llegue a este lugar por Lalo Villar y la Ruta de la Garnacha. El dia que los conoci me enamore de ellos. La atención de Don Beto es increíble si asistes debes de tomar en cuenta lo siguiente: *Considera que el tiempo de atención es prolongado dada la cantidad de gente que hay; sobre todo entre 9 y 11 pm. Durante este horario no hay tanta cochi y no está tan dorada. Te recomiendo ir mejor por la madrugada tipo 2 o 3 am ya que después empieza a llegar la gente del antro. Es mejor este horario porque ya hay más cochi y está bien doradita. *La cochi es todo lo que se queda en el sartén del suadero, longaniza y de más. *Venden cerveza ideal para acompañar los tacos. *La salsa está deliciosa. *No son tacos muy grandes pero considero que están bien servidos. *Venden cebollitas preparadas. *Tacos de pastor que están ricos y también los puedes pedir con cochi.

A mi me encantan los considero mejores que los del borrego viudo pero obviamente depende los gustos...
