Twin Peaks — Restaurant in Mexico City

Fantastic. What made me more amazed, even with all the gorgeous ladies tending to customers, is that the manager understands lighting and ambience. I noticed the lights dimmed and suddenly the liquor/wine bottles glowed on the shelf behind the ladies. I am always looking for those small details and most restaurants don't do this(Chilis, Applebee's, Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings: all of these keep lighting the same). It's something nobody really talks about, but you feel it as a customer making the environment that much more inviting. Other than this, the Philly Cheese steak was phenomenal, service was quick even with a packed house, and the girls are beautiful and professional. Props to the security/manager guy in the suit that helped me with a rejected card.

My only suggestion is to fix your card payment (terminal). Keep card payments on a secured private line.

The employees are way too busy hanging out with each other yo help out , I ordered 3 drinks 2 of them top shelf and the girl didn’t even know how to serve the em , I had to tell her , and when ordering top self sure will like to have the drink poured in front of me and get my full amount , she went and hide herself so “I wouldn’t notice “ it wasn’t a full serving , but didn’t have a problem charging me full price , I wish I could tell you our servers name , but of course she never provided it nor was wearing a name tag , and wasn’t even there long enough to even get it , so yeah don’t bother , Twins peaks is a great place , but this one needs work , it was full staff I counted 12 waitress and at least one supervisor on a Friday night they had about 7 tables and we were the only ones at the bar , yet we were ignored, never mind I spent about $1500 on 3 drinks . Probably not going back...

Man what a disappointment... Came in asking for a table for two, they take me all the way inside and then tell me "oh, sorry, they just took the two tables I thought I had". Then I say no worries, put me anywhere, I'm fine. Lady puts me just at the entrance, under deafening sound of speakers.

I ask for Brandy, 10 mins later they come and say there's none, then ask for Rum, another 10 mins go by and they come back to tell me they don't have what I asked for either. Then I ask for yet another one, and cancel on second thought, they say: "sorry sir, it's on the way". I asked for the bill immediately, paid for my drink, abd left without even consuming it

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Impossible to talk to friends with the deafening noise, impossible to get anything from the bar, terrible management... I had high expectations because of the brand but oh what a...
