Café MX — Restaurant in Michoacán

Este lugar está muy bonito, lástima de un par de meseros (desconozco su nombre) pero les urge una capacitación DURA. No fue coincidencia, ya van 2 veces que me atiende el mismo con una actitud pésima y hasta déspota (la neta hasta me dio risa pero no quiere decir que esté bien) lo único que observé es como que da órdenes a los demás meseros y parece una especie de encargado de área. Las 2 veces que he ido me ha atendido y nada ha cambiado, creo que odia su trabajo. En fin, le pedí un capuccino frappé y me trajo uno caliente, al hacer la observación (con buen tono y siendo amable de mi parte) me contestó un "NO, ME PEDISTE UNO CALIENTE, HASTA LO REPETÍ" (lo repitió al otro lado de la mesa, ni atención le había puesto, el punto es que la forma de responder no fue la correcta) "Yo le dije, no estoy seguro" el me contestó "YO SI, PERO ESTÁ BIEN CAMBIASELO", acto seguido, va y me lo cambía, lo observo a través de un cristal levantando las manos como si estuviera bastante enojado con la persona de la barra (en señal de molestía por lo del mugre café) hahaha (nada más ponle hielos y ya, no es necesario tanto descontento) en fin, al final si me lo cambió pero le había pedido la versión light, me lo trajo con crema batida y azúcar (lol) ya no quise reclamar y simplemente pedí un Americano y ese lo dejé de lado. No sé qué le pasa a ese mesero, pero 2 veces ha estado con la misma actitud, entiendo la carga de trabajo o el estrés pero hay un abanico de maneras para abordar una situación tan insignificante y eligió la peor. Acto seguido nadie se paraba en nuestra mesa para ofrecernos algo más, hasta que llegó un mesero muy servicial y buena gente, él nos terminó atendiendo el resto de la noche de muy buena manera, a ese si pónganlo de encargado de favor. This place is beautiful, however they need to improve the costumer service, we sat and called a waitress who clearly looked us down and then walked a way, we called her twice and both times was very rude we asked not to be served by her again, and the whole night she was making faces lol poor angry lady she should be fired tho cuz she did ruin the experience, its a very nice restaurant again but if the kind service is not there then it's not worthy, learn of MLM group, the service at their...
