I have never been here and my boyfriend loves gelato so we came to this place. While looking at the menu on the screens an employee asked to place order and I responded I wasn’t ready. Instead he should of asked if he could assist since he obviously saw we weren’t sure. Then when I was ready to place the order I told the cashier (who is new) that I wanted two scoops on a cup, she charge me for something call goloso and the goloso comes in a cone not a cup. I asked the girl to please just put it on a cup for me and she said she had to charge me an additional 12 pesos. So I have to pay for someone else’s mistake? Finally another girl offer a solution but of course this is all after I was aggravated. I’m glad we only made the purchase...

The quality of the ice cream is good. (To my experience, the average quality of ice cream in Morelia is not very high. So, if you want to have a good ice cream in Morelia, this is probably the place to go.) The prices are a little high. Also, as mentioned by others before, the service is poor. One main problem is that the menu is displayed on an LCD screen, together with advertisements, and the pages on the screen change too fast, so that you cannot prepare to order. The price for 1 scoop of ice cream is ridiculously high, even by European standards, but there are other options, with more decent prices. Estaba de visita desde los Estados Unidos, ansiosa de probar un delicioso helado, pero lo que recibí fue posiblemente el peor servicio al cliente que jamás haya experimentado. Como food blogger, Morelia me ha dejado enamorada, pero este establecimiento es una vergüenza... y una gran broma. Entré y le pregunté a un hombre (con el ego tan grande que ni siquiera podrías meterle una aguja en el trasero) si tenían helado sin azúcar (endulzado con stevia, etc.), el se burló dramáticamente y me dijo que “el helado sin azúcar no existe”, entonces le dije que sí existe, ya que probé helado vegano keto en Morelia. Luego procedió a tratar de 'educarme' diciendome que la comida vegana no puede estar libre de azúcar, a lo que respondí que sí puede si está endulzada con stevia o fruta del monje. Tanta fue su falta de vergüenza que luego giró los ojos cuando procedí a salir. La forma en que les hablaba y trata a sus clientes es ridícula. Si eres un servidor, no debes sentirte como superior a nadie. Ningún ser humano decente debería hacerlo. mi recomendación para el hombre (un mesero de cabello castaño y ojos verdes con un acento extravagante) es que debe de tratar de bajarse de su trono 'imaginado' y tratar de mostrar una humildad decente. No recomiendo este establecimiento a nadie debido a su ridículo servicio al cliente y precios...
