The hamburgers are really good. There is an interestingly unique selection of hamburgers, and all of the ingredients are well chosen so that they add something to the burger. The burger is quite large (at least, my sirloin portobello was large), and comes with a small dish on the side which you can choose.

We had the elote, which was surprisingly good (I tend to not like it so much, but this I did), the potatoes with parmesan were really good (the portion size is a bit large, so maybe be careful with ordering it - but in general all the portion sizes here are large), and the potatoes diabla were good too (I liked putting their sauce on my burger).

The jamaica with cinnamon was surprisingly good too; refreshing with a nice hint of autumn/winter (because of the cinnamon).

Finally, the dessert was absolutely superb, I was genuinely impressed by it. The brownie is fresh, crunchy, and full of flavour, the ice cream is a very delicious vanilla and also full of flavour (and, often, in a warm chocolate dessert, the ball of cold ice cream is a bit meh and detracts from the flavour - but here it adds to it!), and the dark chocolate in the middle is very strong and rich, and delicious too. This restaurant was delicious and the staff were awesome. We speak english and one of the staff members brought us menus in english and they tried to speak to us in English the whole time we were there even though they didn't have to. Most restaurants will not even attempt this. And we never expect it. The food was awesome we ordered the especialdes sirloin burger, sirloin burger, bbq pulled pork, and coconut shrimp burger. For sides we ordered garlic parsley baby potatoes, cilantro aioli baby potatoes, and the thai salad. I really really enjoyed all the food. The flavor from the cilantro aioli potatoes was amazing. My wifes only complaint, not even complaint but something that wasn't perfect was that "almost all the food had too much sauce on it" We would definitely reccomend anyone to come and enjoy a meal or 2 here if you live in morelia or are...

Las hamburguesas en efecto son ricas y el lugar agradable, desafortunadamente detalles de cocina y de servicio no lo dejan llegar a la excelencia, empezando porque cocina se rehusa a mandarte tu hamburguesa partida a la mitad (no puedo imaginar una razón válida para eso, si me dijeran que es por presentación, hay lugares con altísima categoría que son mucho más flexibles con sus comensales, si es por cuestiones de operación, no creo que partir una hamburguesa transtorne la producción y más si se toman el tiempo para hacerlas artesanales). Cómo Segundo punto pues el mal sabor de boca que me dejo el haber tomado una llamada y por el ruido del lugar tomarla en un rincón de un pasillo a dos pasos de la sala de espera, un pasillo bastante amplio donde no obstruía el paso ni nada por estilo, una llamada importante y el mesero por un lado diciéndome que no podía estar ahí, le comentó que es importante tomarla y hay mucho ruido en las áreas del restaurante, que serían sólo dos o tres minutos y aún así me dice que no, llega otro mesero, a interrumpirme en la llamada al minuto y me dice que no puedo estar ahí, le digo lo mismo y tiene el descaro de decirme que la tome afuera (obviamente la calle es aún más ruidosa), al final se queda ahí conmigo corriéndome hasta que cuelgo y bastante molesto me voy a mi mesa. Definitivamente el sabor se ve opacado por la actitud del personal, en general les falta ser un poco más amables y considerados, de repente te sientes atendido en alguna franquicia donde todos son robotitos.
