Hidden within this unassuming building is a food paradise. It was multi-level with tables on little balconies like romantic islands. Inside there is a covered outdoor area with green vegetation growing down the brick walls and trees providing a beautiful canopy. When I looked up the restaurant on Google it said "casual" but the service was absolutely top notch. And the food!! I grew up in the Great Plains of the U.S. so I am always on the lookout for a great steak and Santomate did NOT disappointment. If you just want to enjoy a peaceful, unhurried, delicious meal, definitely go. Whatever the reason, just go...
