RosaNegra is an excellent choice if you're looking for a high-end dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere envelops you with a blend of elegance, great music, and a modern design that invites you to relax and enjoy.
One of the highlights is, without a doubt, the staff's attentiveness. The servers are extremely attentive, professional, and well-trained to explain the menu and make thoughtful recommendations based on your tastes. They're always attentive without being intrusive, which makes for a very comfortable experience.
As for the food, it's spectacular. Their specialty cuts of meat are evident from the first bite. The quality of the meat is excellent, juicy, with good marbling, and a flavor that stands out without the need for excessive seasoning. The best part is that they respect the exact cooking level you request, something not all places achieve. Whether it's medium, medium-rare, or well-done, they serve it just as you requested.
They also have a good variety of dishes for those who aren't meat lovers, but the best option is definitely the cuts. The drinks they offer complement the food well and are tastefully prepared.
Regarding the prices, it's true that they're above average, but in this case, what you pay is completely justified. The quality of the ingredients, the impeccable service, and the atmosphere make...
Read moreAmazing design and the hostess great attention. Rosa Negra has amazing ideas on their menu but to be honest the problem was that they do not know how to properly execute those.
Unfortunately the food was over cooked Every vegetable we order wasnt worth the price. The salmon dish I go two out of tree pieces well done even though they told me and I asked for medium rare. Cocktails where too sweet and not even a hint of alcohol Pato tacos where actually good the only problem was that the tortillas were breaking up after 5 minutes Yam pure was not properly made. Texture was not even puree looked not...
