Love this place so far. Been here nearly every day best coffee. The small staff is friendly. Bernardo, michelle and javier. Clean kotchen and good prices for food. The menu is simple but really has everything you need for breakfast or lunch. They only have a few tables but i have always received good service and havent been dissapointed yet. They also have a local authors book for sale and other books that you can trade your own books in for that you are done reading so that is kind of neat especially if you are on a long vacation. Very glad to have stopped here and glad we stayed so close to alquimista! It is the blue building...

I went on a recommendation of the hostel manager. I chose the sayulita breakfast. Basic consisting of eggs, beans and something else that I can't remember. The beans were like tinned beans with no flavour, not the frijoles that I've been used to having with breakfast. The fried eggs were swimming in oil. Nothing on the plate tasted of anything. It was so bland. As the guy came to pick up our plates I asked if tortillas were included in the breakfast as I remembered them and weren't given them. He advised that they are included but you need to ask for them. He carried on taking away our plates. Such...

Alquimista was one of the best meals we had in Sayulita. It has a lovely, clean, shaded patio with fans to keep cool. We ordered huevos rancheros, a breakfast burrito, and an Al pastor torta. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly seasoned. The red and green salsas were flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. We also got iced coffee and a green juice to share (pineapple, spinach, ginger with Chia seeds). The meal was outstanding and very reasonably priced. We wish we would have tried it earlier in our vacation so that we could have come back every day for...

Hands down the best breakfast in Sayulita! Alquimista is the perfect quiet spot to grab breakfast and a coffee/agua fresca to start your day off in Sayulita! It’s a little bit of a walk from the main square but definitely worth it! The prices were low and flavor was high! We had the Chilaquiles, Al Pastor Torta, and a sampling of their agua fresca’s and all hit the spot… all in all when you add in the cappuccino’s that we had, our bill was around $365 MXN which equated to around $18 USD’s and was bar far some of the best food we’d had in Sayulita!

I was so glad Alquimista was recommended to us for our trip to Sayulita! We stopped in for brunch and had a wonderful time. Our group ordered a selection of cappuccinos, smoothies, chilaquiles, and breakfast sandwiches. Our only regret was not also ordering the Huevos Rancheros because everything was SO good. Service and food were fabulous, and the bill didn’t break the bank. 10/10
