Buonissimo Gourmet Restaurant — Restaurant in Nayarit

My group and I were at Buonissimo for breakfast on February 26/24 after being recommended by friends. Our experience was the worst that I ever accounted in any restaurant, from the minute we sat down we had to call the waitress after fifteen minutes to take our drink order. There was only three tables that were occupied including ours. After our drinks came we had to flag the waitress down again after ten minutes to bring to bring cream for our coffee ( by then the coffee was cold). When she came to take our order she said she remembered all our orders by memory and left. When our order came only four of us got our food and not complete the other two waited for half an hour with no food to be had. After flagging someone down they told us that the rest of the food would be there in five minutes. To make a long story short we left after 11/2 hours with two of us not eating.. We will never go back again. Very poor service to...

Our favorite spot in Nuevo Vallarta. Casually elegant with excellent, friendly, and professional service. The salads are always filled with farm fresh greens and perfect dressings, from the Fragola with spinach, arugula, strawberry, pear and goat cheese, the Lombarda with arugula roasted pear. almond and gorgonzola, to an excellent caprese. We've never actually tried the pastas since we love the pizza so much. My favorite us the Buonissimo with bacon onion, gorgonzola and arugula. But they are all good here... it's impossible to make a wrong choice since all have perfect crusts impeccably baked in the wood burning oven. Start with one of their properly made cocktails and finish with one of their wide variety of gelatos. And all of it at a fair price... which is more then you can say for many...

i only like this place because of the icecream, and perhaps the pizza, but everything else i just can't, i gave it more than one chance, still not into it, their pasta was hard, or way over cooked, the sauces were nasty like out of a can, nothing italian about this restaurant when it comes to food, and to top it off, they have no hand sanitizer, some of the waitress don't use mask when serving icecream, the floor and glass yesterday was dirty. any how they need to be more organize, you have someone receiving you at the door, let that person seat you and let your waiters/waitress take your orders each on one station you do not need a manager taking your orders too. the time we went a man at the door took our order then another man came then the waitress still our food was not good....
