So let's start off with the food.... These are the most tender burgers I have had in Mexico, let alone the Greater Puerto Vallarta area, or Sayulita. Certified Black Angus Beef in all the burgers, and finally a place where the bun isn't so big compared to the beef. Most places in Mexico provide a huge bun, making me think of the old "Where's the Beef" commercials. The bun size is perfect.

I have had two burgers here now, each cooked perfectly! The Jefe is two patties with bacon, cheese, and a fried egg on top.... awesome, but very filling. The black and blue burger was amazing, so many great flavors coming together..... Unlike one of the other reviews on here, I want to make sure you know.... every burger comes with French Fries here (their post was misleading). If you don't want fries, or the bun, you can ask for no bun, and a side salad instead of fries.

On to the French Fries and Onion Rings.... Amazing, not cooked in Vegetable Oil, so no exposure to Roundup, or soy from this, and much better flavor!

The Guacamole is spot on, generous portion size, and excellent chips.

Drinks.... amazing agua frescas! An excellent Ginger Beer, and amazing bartenders..... If you want desert with a kick they have 3 amazing looking milkshakes that are loaded with different spirits on the menu too!

Service is super friendly, courteous, and checked in frequently on both visits.

Last, let's talk about the atmosphere..... This is the 3rd restaurant to go into this location in the past 2 years or so..... Finally one that looks nice, has great tables, comfortable chairs, and the decor is very pleasing to the eyes!

If you're looking for a place to enjoy an excellent burger in a relaxed atmosphere with a sporty touch, Sayulita Burger Company is the perfect choice. The burgers are delicious and can be customized with cheddar cheese, onion rings instead of fries or lettuce wrap. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mario who made our experience pleasant and fast. He offered us drinks and recommendations. He also knew a lot about the town if you need info about activities or good spots. It was very hot, but they set up fans and adjusted everything to keep us comfortable and cool. They were friendly, and always attentive to our needs. Plus, the drinks are perfect, with a perfect selection to pair with your dishes. We love burgers, and you're truly up to the task. We ordered a margarita and a delicious milkshake. The place has good food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. Without a doubt, we recommend it to anyone visiting Sayulita. If you're looking for a great value meal, this is the place to be. I would come back again and...

Great to see a new restaurant open in this space. Overall the burger my wife and I shared was good, the burger cooked as ordered (medium) but the burger to bun ratio needs a little help. The french fries that came with it were good and well seasoned. We also tried the onion rings which came out nice and hot with a nice dipping sauce, the batter was a bit on the peppery side which I liked my wife not so much.

But at $250 pesos for burger, which is the lowest price burger on the menu I think it’s a bit pricier than their competitors like Latitude 20, Public House, La Katrina, and El Tiburon that in my opinion have a better burger at a better price with french fries and all the fixings as well.

And a roll of paper towels and packets of condiments in my opinion is not a good look for what looks to be a higher end burger joint.

I know this is just a few days since they opened and I plan to visit them again in hopes they improve, love see a Sayulita Burger Company have the best...
