Whoever didn't leave a 5-star review for this place either had some really deep, unresolved childhood trauma or hadn't had s*x for years.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and felt at home. Martin was our waiter, and he did not disappoint. He offered a few suggestions and we went for it.
The Oaxaca coldbrew to begin. Many would say that a true coffee lover doesn't drink cold brews, I say: you haven't experienced the heat of mexico yet.
I usually don't enjoy anything mixed with my cold brew, I love them like how my heart is: black and strong. Yet the ingredients made this cold brew fresh and just the right amount of cacao to not overpower the coffee.
Then came in the banana bread - holy sh*t. That thing melted with every bite and did not feel for a second like it was heavy.
We then ordered the overnight oats, which were fresh and the perfect amount of fruits, the gluten-free pancakes, eggs, and bacon.
All delicious!!!!
If I could spend the whole day here only to try everything in the menu, I would!!!
So if you love coffee and believe that breakfast is the most important and powerful meal you can have in the day, and you actually respect yourself, you will come to this place, period ---- .
Humor aside, this place is amazing. The barristas are magicians, the waiters have amazing energy, and the chefs really know how to create art on a...

The ambiance was quiet and chill not loud or super crazy considering just off the side of a busy street. Fans kept the place cool considering 80% humidity. Other customers we chill and considerate of the smaller space.
I definitely wanted to try one of the cold brew specials and ordered the Oaxaca. I find that the cinamon in Mexico tastes amazing. It was tasty and left me wanting more.
For breakfast I ordered the poached eggs added bacon and avocado because why not. :) It came with a delish piece of perfectly toasted soughdough (hate when its so hard it cuts ur mouth this was NOT the case). The chili oil that came with it was a great kick to the simple meal that let each component shine.
Total was about 14$ US which was such a good value.
They take credit cards as most places prefer cash. It was nice to save some of our pesos for other places.

Read moreMenu is very misleading and this is on purpose. The yogurt bowl and chia pudding are the EXACT same thing only the latter has about a tablespoon of chia in it. I only have a picture of the yogurt bowl or I would have shown how they are the same darn thing.
The staff are fantastic and the wifi is the fastest in Sayulita. Love the atmosphere too but the misleading menu is just messed up and soiled my experience here. Make sure you ask the staff detailed questions about the menu before you order and they'll tell you the things that are pretty much the same, just described differently so they can charge more.
Menu description: Yogurt bowl: Organic yogurt, homemade granola, seasonal fruit. Chia pudding: Organic yogurt, oatmeal, chia seeds, housemade granola, blueberries compote, shredded coconut and berries.
When they could have just said "add chia seeds for 20 pesos extra" as a sidenote to the...
