It's not authentic, definitely Mexican-Japanese fusion, but closer to the Japanese side than the Mexican side. The rolls are a pretty good deal, 2x1 on weeknights, not sure about Fridays, but it is in print on their menu. I wasn't a huge fan of how the seared salmon tasted for some reason... the raw salmon was much better. I was a little bummed out they didn't offer pickled ginger with their rolls, and the edamame comes seasoned on the outside (which I found to be very unusual, but I guess it's to appeal more to Mexican tastes). Very lovely asian restaurant with huge amount of food options with high quality and fair prices. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. I really love the shrimp in spicy sauce and the hamachi as well as some of the rolls! My favourite one is in the one plaza where they play electric music in the weekend. I really enjoy that.
