I wasn't a huge fan of how the seared salmon tasted for some reason... the raw salmon was much better. I was a little bummed out they didn't offer pickled ginger with their rolls, and the edamame comes seasoned on the outside (which I found to be very unusual, but I guess it's to appeal more to Mexican tastes).
