La verdad me habían recomendado mucho este lugar, pero al entrar mi opinión lentamente empezó a cambiar. Para empezar, la mayoría de los empleados no tenían ningún tipo de uniforme o logo del lugar (la vdd yo no soy muy fan de los uniformes) pero tan siquiera una blusa simple con el logo o algo parecido. Porque las personas que te atendían parecían comensales del lugar se veía super improfecional y confuso. Al entrar nos dieron una mesa afuera cuando les dijimos que preferíamos adentro (a pesar que había mesas suficientes sin el letrero de reservación en la parte de adentro). Fuimos a la 1pm un sabado y el ambiente estaba horrible. Habia un dj poniendo musica techno super alto al punto de no poder escuchar ni platicar bien con otras personas. Como eso fue algo que no queríamos tener en nuestra comida decidimos irnos a otro lugar a almorzar. Tomo que estuviéramos literalmente saliendo de la puerta para, lo que quiero creer que era el gerente, nos ofreció una mesa adentro. El servicio al cliente fue pésimo de los meseros al igual que la comida. A mi no me molesta pagar una cantidad medio alta por una ensalada (190$) siempre y cuando valga la pena, pero al traerme el plato quede sorprendida de lo básico, simple y desapetecible que se veía. la lechuga estaba aguada, 4 pedazos de tomate enormes que ni al cazo, queso panela rallado que no parecía ni sabía para nada fresco y lo peor de todo es que el pollo sabía exactamente igual a las pechugas pre-cocidas que puedes comprar en el costco o heb (seca, sabor que parece de plastico). Una de mis amigas pidió el french toast y el pan estaba quemado!!! como es posible eso! me dio hasta risa de la confusión del porque decidieron sacaron eso de cocina. y lo peor de todo es que lo taparon con crema para que no se viera. La verdad no recomiendo para nada el lugar si quieres comer a gusto y buena comida. Quedé completamente decepcionada e impactada de que un lugar que tenga ese servicio y comida siga trabajando. Food is good but not the most wonderful ive tried, I ordered chilaquiles verdes with fríed egg and an orange juice, were ok. What makes a difference to visit Querida Adela, IS without a doubt the place !! You Feel a peacefull and nice vibe, really felt out from the chaos of San Pedro (in the principle room) in the backyard there’s good music and nice vibe for brunching date.
