Starbucks Valle — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I’ve been to multiple Starbucks in different countries and all over the city of Monterrey. This was a disappointing experience from this Starbucks. We order one drink and 2 sandwiches which was taking 15 minutes to make… mind you it was EMPTY in there. No one in front of us and no one ordered after. We asked what was taking so long, considering it was simply a strawberry refresher and frozen sandwiches that needed to be heated and the employee responded with “your parking ticket lasts for thirty minutes”. Ma’am, it should not take 30 minutes for a refresher and frozen sandwiches. Also, I should not have to pay for the parking while you are sitting there doing nothing. Extremely rude attitude from the woman with glasses behind the counter, took 29 minutes exactly, and did not put a bag for the sandwiches with sauce all over the side of the bag. Sad honestly, do better and represent the company better!

Food : Regular, commercial food as in any other Srarbucks. Location: id say the place it is in needs.more parking lot, it's on a safe area, and there are more shops to look around, the terrace is good although there's always plenty of people, and a lot of mosquitoes.
