Great location and atmosphere but zero knowledge of customer service. We went there today but didn’t eat. When we arrived this morning we wanted to sit at the available tables outside but no employee was outside. I went inside and asked a male employee if we could have service outside. He said yes but after waiting for 15 minutes no employee came outside to serve us. We left and walked across the street to another restaurant and spent our money there. As we ate at the competition we watched as a lazy female waitress came outside, sat at a table watching videos on her phone while ignoring customers that approached the menu but walked away after being ignored. I come quite often to this place. However will stop now. There is a waiter that is extremely unpolite and it seems that he is unhappy to be there. He brought a chicken dish by mistake to a friend which is vegetarian, and my friend not knowing ate a piece of it. When the waiter realised the mistake he changed the plate and wanted to charge it anyway. The restaurant was empty, and yet the service was lousy. I eat always the Pescado al Ajillo, and everyday it comes with different ingredients, there is no standard.
