It was an absolutely beautiful location with very delicious food. The French fries for some reason were absolutely delicious in crunchy and fresh. I enjoyed all the menu items that I received, and this place does get pretty busy during the week nights. I would highly recommend the omelet if you were coming there for breakfast because the sauce is very delicious and have lots of umami flavor. Overall I have had good experiences here. The food options are more than adequate and delicious. The coffees overall are good but sometimes watery, depending on who makes them, and the service is friendly. That being said the wait times for food orders like waffles and French toast can be ridiculously and unnecessarily long at times; even during the week with very few customers. A definite improvement in consistency as far as food prep time would improve...

No tengo idea por qué sale con este nombre el lugar si es Galindos Cafetería, y creo que es necesario saberlo o darse cuenta porque, este es el que mejor calificado está, como debería ser también el que se encuentra como "Galindos Café".

Todo lo bueno que se dice de este lugar es verdad. Nos gustaron sus postres, nos gustaron sus sodas italianas (la de piña es muy buena, la de maracuyá no sabe tanto a eso), y su cold brew con vainilla riquísimo. De postres probamos el mostachón de mango, cheese cake de fresa y la galleta de Nutella con nueces, todos aprobadísimos. De 2 sodas italianas, 3 postres y 1 café cold brew, fueron $500.

Los libros puedes leerlos sin ningún problema y si gustas puedes comprarlos, aunque no los vi como una ganga por sus precios aún siendo usados, ya que algunos se ven bastante amarillos y te los dan en $200.00 M.N.

La atención por parte del personal fue buena, rápida y agradable, y cuando asistimos, alrededor de las 5:30, la afluencia de gente no era demasiada. Hago el comentario de esto porque vi que mucha gente se quejó en maps por la atención, pero probablemente tenga que ver en qué tanta gente deben atender ciertas veces.
