Maison Kayser — Restaurant in Nuevo León

My recent experience at Maison Kayser was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the waitress dropped off the menu without any greeting or introduction to the day's specials. After waiting for approximately 25 minutes, no one came to take my order, despite the restaurant being mostly empty.

Given the price point of the menu (a hamburger for nearly 300 MX pesos and a lemonade with mineral water for 85 MX pesos), I expected a more attentive level of service. It's frustrating to wait so long, especially when the restaurant isn't busy.

While I understand that mistakes happen, I hope the owners can address this issue with their staff. Attentive service is a key part of the dining experience, and unfortunately, it was lacking on this occasion.Fortunately there are another restaurant options in...

Pues desafortunadamente es la única opción que puedes encontrar si llegas de madrugada y tienes que esperar otro vuelo. Es un lugar de bonito diseño pero realmente muy caro, y pésimo servicio, parece que te hacen el favor, la Sra de lentes tiene mala actitud y la otra chida fue poco más agradable pero tampoco se notó la buena atención.

Para que se den una idea, cualquier galleta o panecito cuesta de $80 a $100 para arriba. Por un baguette de queso y jamón, sin nada de verdura y un taro latte chico , fueron $338... Ah pero todavía te preguntan si quieres agregar un % $ del servicio. Ya con ese servicio me salió en $372 y fue por educación que lo añadimos pero nos arrepentimos. Servicio?.. Pero apenas y te atienden y no te llevan el alimento a tu mesa. Es como si en Mc Donald's te agregarán el "servicio" o en Starbucks y todas las cadenas rápidas.

Tampoco tienen su horario en el maps, llegamos como 1:30am y pude comprar, después alguien más quiso comprar a las 2:00am y dijeron que de 2-4am ya estaba cerrado. Así que su horario no se entiende mucho.. Por favor actualicen en el maps eso ayuda mucho.

Lo único bonito son su área de mesas, donde puedes sentarte un rato agusto, pero no sirven los...
