The Cheesecake Factory — Restaurant in Nuevo León

This place is very overstaffed and under-trained! There is someone who opens the door then there is the hostess, after that someone walks you to your table, from there it is a waiter and after the waiter there is someone who brings the food to you. This is 5 people doing the job of 2 people. The owner needs to look into this because this a huge waste of money. Having too many people for doing absolutely nothing (Then they all want a tip which I don't mind but not for ANYTHING) I'm haven't even started on my experience.. 2 people and the first dish was a normal wait however the second dish was taking over an hour when the waiter finally comes to check on our table, turns out the waiter DIDN'T WRITE the second order down (absolutely disgusted). Then when asking for the check because at this point I am very angry because I haven't eaten anything, the waiter charges us for BOTH dishes (keep in mind we never got the second dish). The person needed a Manager to cancel the order so when the manager finally shows up after what seemed like forever. He tries to rectify the situation and be nice and he states he will bring me my drink. He than comes back after another hour wait and never brought my drink. Worst restaurant...

INCLUDED TWO DAYS: Day 1: Very tasty food; this time service was impeccable because of ARTURO the waiter. A solution has to be put in place for the noisy atmosphere. Sound bounces around terribly.

Day 2: April 2024 VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE WAITRESS (Karen? Caro? Not sure). And the guy dressed in brown shirt who seems to be the one in charge of the team IS AN EXPERT IN LOOKING AWAY MAKING SURE NOT TO HAVE ANY EYE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS. He sets the worst example to the rest of the team. Update: Yesterday the regional manager was there… what a difference in service!! EVERYONE was alert and attentive to customer requests; even the in-house managers who are always looking away. The servers were not at the station chatting away. It took forever to get a seat. We got seated at a small table kind of stuffed in a corner, almost attached to another table. When a family of 4 got seated next to us, they were so close to me on the bench seat that it felt like we were having dinner at the same table. The restaurant was incredibly hot inside and full of loud noise.

The service was terrible. The whole time we were there, we saw our waiter maybe 3 times, and he was in a bad mood the entire time. It also took a really long time for the food and drinks to be served. The food was bland in taste and a small portion. The only good thing we had during our "amazing" time there were the cheesecakes.
