Firstly the family that operates this establishment is amazing and welcoming. You can tell that every item they prepare is made with gratitude and love and pride. It is nice to feel when you spend your money that somebody is grateful. It's also nice to feel that the money you spend makes a difference in a modest family making their way through life. Everything there is authentic.Everything.There is made by hand. It really teaches you that you don't need much to experience joy. You really feel like your feet are firmly placed in a property that is filled with love. The food is way better than you would ever expect.I have had the pleasure of having the cevichi, and it is by far one of the best in the town at a very reasonable price. The guacamole is handmade on the spot and is by far the best I have ever had. The drinks are always strong and cold and hit the spot perfectly. If you happen to be in the area on a night that they have music during the beginning phase of sunset, all the way through this show is an absolute must to see. The gift given in throwing this show by the owner will leave a memory that will last a lifetime when reminiscing about your trip. One of the best places in Puerto, not only because you see in a cozy and not overcrowded place an incredible sunset, but also because its one of the most authentic bars comparing to the more touristic ones close to La Punta. The family who is running the bar is super sweet and food & drinks can absolutely be recommended. Try the coco frio, their Meczalitas or the ceviche. Or better, try everything cause it's absolutely worth it and with fair prices. You will meet there also a lot of (international) locals, who are supporting this bar sometimes...
