We've stayed at the Grande Luxxe 5 times so far and we've dined at most all of the restaurants in and around the Mayan Palace facilities. The restaurant the we keep returning to time and time again for dinner is Balché. I've probably had everything on the menu at least once. If you don't happen see an entre that like, don't be afraid to ask for what you want. The wait and kitchen staff are friendly and accommodating. I've even mixed and matched different entrées.
