City Club — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

I give 1 star to the car service center , i want to make it clear, not about the supermarket, this is about the aligning carriage 3 years ago i took my car to this service they charged the aligning fee but they couldnt fix it they told me that my car was really damage even when it had just 1 year that i had bought it, i went to llanta maya center , another car fix garage and they did perfect the job, no excuses ! 5 days ago i went to align the carriage of my new brand car after 8 months of use, again they could align it first they dont have electronic system to do it any electronic tool, just manual, I accepted , but unfortunately they let my car even worst that it was. Please city club do something to dont get a bad reputation, once again I took my car to this "llanta maya" car service and they did it good again, i had15 days city club warranty but for what should i come back again if they have no...

Horrible customer service experience......less than 1 star ...i can't believe this store is even able to stay open ......when Costco comes to playa del carmen this store will have to close as they won't be able to compete. It took 1 hour to get our membership cards and they were not busy then another 30 minutes to get a slice of pizza which was precooked even. The staff there all needs to be fired and start all over.
