Divará Palmas — Restaurant in Puebla

There are a string of restaurants near but not in La Isla, Divara included along with several others. The commercial area is called Las Palmas Plaza. We previously visited Kamafruta, which is a real solid choice for dining. Divaras is as well. At Divaras, we had the salmon. It was tasty, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. We also had the mango chicken salad . It was "ok". Service was solid and attentive. The restaurant decor was nice, but the restaurant emptiness detracted from it. Great place to enjoy a meal while the kids play! Food is delicious, specially chilaquiles de cochinita and enchiladas divara. Kids are safe and being watched at all times, while adults enjoy a good meal. Service however is not as good, it takes forever to get sitted and to get the menu...

Muy mal servicio. Fuimos en domingo. Hay demasiadas mesas muy juntas todas, pegando respaldo de una silla con la otra de junto, lleno de gente. La mesera no se da abasto, sugiero poner más personal para atender mesas o no meter tanta gente al mismo tiempo, es un caos. Había un saxofonista que tocaba muy bien, pero el volumen estaba tan alto que no dejaba platicar. Para papás con niños está muy bien porque ponen viendo hacia las mesas una pantalla que proyecta lo que está ocurriendo en tiempo real en el área de juegos.

Tardaron mucho tiempo en tomarnos la orden y otro buen tiempo en traer los alimentos. El café hay que pedirlo e insistir porque no te lo ofrecen a pesar de que el desayuno lo incluye, llegó ya hasta el final y frío.
