El Maestro Asador — Restaurant in Puebla

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have been craving asado for a while, specifically costillas. So my wife found this place and we walked over from our hotel. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and sat at our table. We reviewed the menu, which was extensive and I had trouble deciding if I was going with the ribs or picañha so the waiter brought out both options on a platter for me to choose from - I ended up going with the ribs which was an excellent choice.

We also order the flautas, pinto beans, queso fundido con chorizo and a couple of things. All absolutely delish. The salsas they brought out were also insane. The one with the sautéed onions and sauce? Man I wish I would've asked what it was called because it was damn good.

We also ordered a bottle of wine - cab/syrah blend and it was exquisite. Easily a top ten wine. So good that it has inspired a trip to the wine region in Baja California!

If I come back to Puebla, this is for sure my first stop....

Se trata de un restaurante de mucha tradición y, en general, buena comida, servicio y ambiente.

He tenido oportunidad de visitarlo varias veces y nunca había tenido ningún inconveniente, hasta hoy (16 de marzo a las 13:20 h)

Me explico. Llegué, junto con mi familia, a las 13:20 h, sin saber que el servicio empezaba a las 13:30 h.

Eso me enteré cuando pregunté al personal que estaba en la puerta y, entre otros, descargando insumos. El inconveniente, más falta de atención y, empatía, fue cuando pedimos, por favor, que nos apoyaran a quitar uno de los anuncios que impedía el estacionamiento frente al mismo restaurante; la señorita argumento que "el servicio empieza a las 13:30 h y aún faltaba por descargar varias cosas, por eso no podían ofrecer ese espacio"

Cabe aclarar que estaba vacío dicho espacio y faltaban 10 minutos para "iniciar el servicio"

Qué decidimos, pues buscar otro restaurante.

Es una verdadera pena que, por falta de profesionalismo, atención y responsabilidad, sucedan estás cosas; sugiero a la Gerencia evaluar el compromiso de su personal hacia la empresa misma.
