I would give this place a 5 star rating, but i didn't really like the service .im all about a satisfactory service. When i arrived i waited like 5min to be seated . The place is really nice located in The heart of downtown cholula.very convenient if just trying to grab a bite and touristing the area. the waiter was in a rush and well i feel could of provided a better service .the food is decent but do not order the salad at all the portion is a joke seriously .I received like four leaflets of lettuce no joke.when i complained to the waiter he said there was nothing he could do , so i called over the manager. I explained to him my concern , very friendly but he said i couldn't change my order since it was already served. Take into account i didnt eat it or touch the plate .I just paid for what i ordered drinks and my friends tacos , which she gave a solid 5 out of 10. I don't see myself...

Amazing costumer service!!!! The food is IN CRE DI BLE!!!! The attention from our waiter was amazing, ask for Jean Pierre. The hubs and I had the Guero's Special of arrachera, the meat was cooked to perfection. Our kids had sopa azteca and chicken nuggets, which were really really good. For dessert I had the corn bread bathed in rompope with a black coffee. It was to-die-for-delicious!!!

Totally recommend this place and a must...

A great place right off the city's main square. The ambiance is nothing to write home about but what matters here is the food and it's the perfect place to try out some poblano specialities. Their chile en nogada is good but a tad too sweet for my taste (I prefer a bit more spice), but their enmolada trio--three enchiladas each smothered in a different mole: rojo, poblano, pipian (my favorite)--is spectacular.
