Kingston Pub — Restaurant in Puebla

The atmosphere and service were great, the pizza Kingston with garlic as a special wish was excellent. There was a band doing the soundcheck, sounding good, and when I spotted them next to my table we had a chat. When their gig was about to start, upon asking why they were sitting there without anything to drink it turned out they had to pay for their drinks, upon which I ordered two times twenty beers. After the gig I paid those, got the receipt for the payment but the waiter took the bill. Shortly after the waiter came to the band and required them to pay two times ten beers, even though none of those youngsters had ordered any such. Outrageous disrespect and dishonesty! I thought to have found the place to spend my evenings for the next two weeks, now I'll have to find...

La comida buena, el servicio bien, las bebidas ricas. El único problema es que si no dejas el 10 %de propina salen a perseguirte el supuesto capitán de meseros a decirte que no es FORZOSO PERO SI OBLIGATORIO DEJAR EL 1O% DE PROPINA si como vez , al decirle que mi consumo fue de 1600 pesos y deje 80 pesos de propina me respondió que a él no le importaba el consumo si no la propina por qué la mesera se había esforzado mucho para atendernos y que de esa propina dependían, el cocinero, el barbam y demás compañeros que es más que si no llevaba efectivo le pagará con tarjeta que el gustosamente sacaba la terminal para pagarle. En ese momento me sentí intimidada ya que iba con mis hijos y este fulano salió con 2 personas más quiénes lo esperaban en la puerta y uno atrás de el que iba hacer pues saque el billete de200 y se lo deje de propina. No se vale y te mandan al carita del lugar. Mal por ellos
