Know-how & trained personal notwithstanding, the place still comes out as rather mediocre: the menu reads great & diverse but the execution is rather poor. I had one Mezcal drink that hardly tasted of Mezcal, the hambúrguer I ordered looked far better than it tasted & the fries that came with it were half-assed. The waiter came to me several times to ask if I needed anything else when my drink was almost full & was not even halfway through my burguer. It is inside galleria Querétaro. The ambiance is nice. I was looking for vegetarian option, at first I felt happy that they have vegetarian burger but to my surprise it was tasting like non veg. El día martes 2 de agosto. Aproximadamente a las 7 45 de la noche fui con mi familia. A Chilis galerías durante muchos años e sido su cliente asiduo. Y es una pena que tengan tan mal servicio. Primero a nuestra llegada tardaron 20 mis en ofrecernos bebidas. Y aproveche para pedir los alimentos los cuales tardaron 35 min. Ordene un elote. Una hamburguesa. Y 20 piezas de alitas con la tradicional salsa (.yo mismo me levante de la mesa a atender a mi familia llevando catsup. Platos y salsas.) Primero me mandaron el elote. A los 10 mis llegó la hamburguesa y no menos de de 15 mis llegaron las tan esperadas altas las cuales llegaron aún con sangre y las tuve que regresar a cocer .mas. Cuando al fin llegaron las llevaba la persona que estaba de gerente. La cual no podía agarrar el plato de lo caliente. Y me pare a auxiliar. No me comi las añitas por que estaban super saladas Le comente a la mesera mi inconformidad y muy amable me ofreció disculpas y me comento que la persona de la freidora era nuevo. Le pregunté que en donde estaba el chef y me comento que en Chilis no hay chef que el gerente se encarga de la cocina.
