Diktatur — Restaurant in Querétaro

One of the worst experiences I had in a restaurant. Let me first say that I get that all the food is 38 pesos ($2.10 USD). These fries were not the only bad food that was received but it was the worst that we got. How can you serve these fries to a customer if they were cold and look like they were out in the open for a day. Drinks were horrible except for the jamaica, but you really can’t go wrong with that. Food took forever to arrive and if we were to expect the rest of the food to look like the fries in the picture, we decided to cancel our orders and leave. They kept persisting us to pay for the food that hasn’t arrived yet because the waiter that was serving us just started and needed the money. We kept saying no because why would we pay for mediocre food that we haven’t received yet so we paid for what was served and we even gave extra just so we could leave. Even when we were about to leave the front desk didn’t let us in because we didn’t have a receipt, since we paid with cash. We had to walk all the way back and confirm that we weren’t leaving without paying, talk about poor communication....

On the times I have gone with family and friends we've had a bad experience with the place.

First, we couldn't call a waiter by raising our hand because "it's rude to treat them like animals" and yet the next time we went there the waiter scolded us for not calling is attention out.

Reciently we had a deal breaking experience with a waiter, who once we paid and we could barely afford it, we left the change as a small tip. The waiter came to our table and took the tip, then rudely took my hand and placed thr couns in there, saying "Take your change, we only take tips from the 10% and above" I responded "With such a low attention to your guests, you should wuit being a waiter" To which he respinded with "Maybe you should never come again".

Comer aquí fue por mucho una de las peores decisiones que he tomado. Mantiene un concepto de consumo igualitario en donde todos los platillos y bebidas cuestan 38 pesos, lo cual es bastante barato.

El lugar puede parecer bien a primera vista, pero la comida y sobretodo las bebidas son pésimas. Se puede pensar que por el precio es bastante entendíble que no tenga un sazón espectacular o coctelería compleja, pero no es solo eso, realmente es malo. He ido a lugares con el mismo concepto y no son malos, la cantidad es reducida pero mantienen una calidad buena, cosa que aquí no pasa.

Para empezar al ingresar siempre hay demasiada gente formada, tardas aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos en ingresar, lo cual considero que es un tiempo moderado en relacion a la cantidad de personas.

La comida nos la entregaron algo fría, pero el tiempo de espera no fue mayor a 15 minutos lo cual estuvo bien. Sin embargo las entradas que pedimos fue lo último que nos entregaron, de echo habíamos olvidado que habíamos pedido unos tacos dorados hasta que los entregaron casi 30 minutos despues de los platos principales.

Ordene una piña colada, y no sabía a absolutamente nada, era asquerosamente insípida, sabía a una mezcla de agua, leche y hielo. Algo tan simple como una piña colada y sabía horrible, hicieron todo lo que podían hacer mal. Personalmente por el precio esperaba que pusieran muy poco alcohol, lo cual es entendible, pero no me esperaba ese sabor tan malo.

Los meseros tienen una buena actitud y ese din duda es uno de los pocos puntos a favor acerca de este restaurante. Aunque alimentos de entrega rápida como una cerveza se demoran en dartelas.

La música ese día estaba a un volumen muy alto, en el cuál era difícil seguir la conversación con mis amigos.

No recomiendo en absoluto el lugar, pero si quieres ir. Prueba ordenando una hamburguesa Minneapolis y una cerveza, y no trates de explorar mas en el menú porque no lo vale para nada. Espero sea útil...
