Domino's Arcos — Restaurant in Querétaro

Is there any Domino's location in Querétaro that doesn't have terribly slow delivery and horrible customer service? We placed an order on a Sunday and waited over two hours for it to arrive, calling the number FIVE times to find out exactly what happened to it.

Twice, their machine simply hung up on us. The third time, a young woman finally answered, only to hang up on us again. The fourth, a gentleman answered and told us that our courier would arrive "in five minutes" (he did not). The final time, the woman we spoke with said that the number we had called was actually a call center, and the actual location never received our order at all due to a power outage.

Oh, but naturally, they had no problem receiving our money!

We submitted a complaint as instructed and waited 48 hours for a response. At this point, all we really wanted was a refund. When they finally responded to us, not only did they refuse to give us a refund, they also suggested that they could only fulfill the order that particular day.

And now, at the time of writing, they failed to deliver our order again, because they apparently only have one courier making deliveries and he “got lost”.

This plus other problems that I've personally encountered at other locations here in the city now have me thinking that the whole franchise district is criminally mismanaged. Better that folks avoid all locations in the area, at least...

This place is just a joke! I wish there was a way to Zero stars. I ordered a pizza at 9.30pm which was supposed to arrive by 10pm and by 11.30 nothing arrived, no tracking on uber eats, no updates. I called about 5 times and every time i was told "there is delay in deliveries due to rain. Finally around 11.30 some different operator picked the call and said they could not locate A 4 STAR HOTEL'S RECEPTION located in the middle of the city. Anyhow they sent someone to redeliver and finally my order came with cold pizzas and potato chips done 2 hours ago and they did not even bother to warm it before re-delivery. 1 of the pizza box was completely wet due to rain and water reached pizza inside. No garlic sauce or ketchup included. Pathetic service, avoid...

Domino’s is good pizza but don’t order from this store on Uber Eats. They use their own drivers and you can not track their progress. They also pulled a no-show twice (out of 4 orders) on me after saying the order was delivered. I had to ask Uber Eats to refund me both times. I won’t try again. I tried to call them but they don’t answer their phone.

Update: Their own website is terrible too. We’ve had one cancellation over an hour after the order and after they said a delivery man was on the way, and another no show.

No more. I’ll support local restaurants now...
