Funky Mama Resto-Bar — Restaurant in Querétaro

I've been here twice and overall its a good place. But, after drinking some beers and tequila (with 3 others) I felt like I needed some tap water. Since I had the hiccups I asked for a second glass and the waitress left me waiting for 40 minutes. That whilst my friend got all their alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Yeah she did it on purpose because it was a free drink and she lied telling me they were too busy making cocktails. Clearly she and the bar don't understand the logic that if they just give me my water, I'll drink alcohol after. After 40 minutes asking and waiting she told me there was no tap water and only bottles of sparkling. Which is a lie and her told her that. Then finally she brought it. If I would just sit there and drink water I would understand they wouldn't want to give more, but we drank multiple beers, tequila and cocktails. Terrible service. The staff clearly needs some classes on hosting and marketing. Very stingy. Not...

El lugar está súper a gusto, la música y el ambiente. Me gusta mucho, aunque el servicio PÉSIMO, se nota que a los empleados no les gusta el servicio a cliente. Pedí amablemente un Ginebra en la Barra. Me lo sirvieron en vaso, pedí de favor si me podían dar una copa que no estaban usando para disfrutar mi trago, me comentó el "bartender" qué esa copa era exclusivamente para tragos arriba de $200. Que no podia darmela, me molestó la actitud y la acción, nada amable. Pagué el trago y me fui a la barra de hasta atrás. Pedí 2 Ginebras y 1 vodka. Ya la verddd no me importó el vaso de plástico qué me dieron. Hacía mucho calor y pedí un vaso de agua en lo que me servían los tragos. Para esto el chavo que sirve las bebidas me dijo que solo tenia botellas de agua. Me dio mucha risa honestamente. Le dije que aunque fuera de la llave, no me importaba. Me comento que tampoco de la llave, que no me podía dar vaso de agua, solo botellas... En ningún lugar se puede negar un vaso de agua. Se me hizo una tontería, total pagué, dejé buena propina, aunque no tuve por qué. De ahí en fuera me la pasé bien, buen ambiente, sonido y precios. La hostes...
