Mulli — Restaurant in Querétaro

This is a culinary gem that reimagines contemporary Mexican cuisine with authenticity and flair. Under the guidance of Chef Hugo Dominguez, the restaurant offers a dinning experience that feels both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition.

We were recommended to Mulli by our friend Diego of El Apapacho (best coffee in town) quite frankly, I didn't know what to expect but it's by far the best lunch I've had in 2025. There is an open kitchen concept that adds to the immersive experience, allowing guests to witness the culinary artistry firsthand.

Hugo (our server) was attentive and personalized the touch to every dish as he explained the ingredients table-side. I took a dive to the deep end, the tasting menu is 5 courses and EVERY SINGLE DISH could sit on it's own and still blow you away.

There is no doubt in my mind, this place will have a star one day. It's only a matter of time. If you are in town, and you want to scratch under the surface and connect with this beautiful country - this is the place. I can't...

Supongo que abordar el problema de la música demasiado alta no es una preocupación seria para la propiedad.

Reseña de un chef ejecutivo, ya que comí aquí una vez cuando el lugar estaba vacío. La comida estaba buena y no tuve problemas con el sonido. Les pedí que bajaran el volumen. El dueño estaba allí y me lo hizo.

Le había recomendado este lugar a un grupo de amigos que querían una buena comida y poder tener una conversación para poder hablar ya que hacía varios años que no se veían.

Desafortunadamente, la música estaba muy alta. No pudieron hablar cuando les preguntaron si podían bajar el volumen; el personal dijo que sí, pero en realidad nunca lo hicieron. Así que, al final, la comida quedó arruinada. No pudieron conversar en un ambiente relajado para disfrutar de la comida.

Este parece ser un problema recurrente en muchos restaurantes de lujo de Querétaro. No saben cómo equilibrar la música para que los clientes puedan conversar. Esto no es una discoteca. Es un restaurante, y la comida es lo principal.

Otro punto de consejo si realmente deseas mejorar no contrates DJ ni música en vivo para tu establecimiento La música siempre está demasiado alta.

Y por último cuando tus clientes te piden que bajes la música, especialmente si te lo piden más de una vez, hazlo.

Finalmente, en cuanto a los otros comentarios sobre las porciones, sí. Son pequeñas, sobre todo para el precio que pagas. Tendrás que pedir más de una entrada por persona.

El total para 10 personas, con pocas bebidas y principalmente comida, fue de $8,000 pesos. Con música alta gratis. Considerando lo molestos que estaban mis invitados con el volumen de la música y que el personal no accedió a su solicitud de bajarla, no recomiendo este lugar por ahora.

La bocha, Hank's, 130 grados steakhouse también tienen este ambiente poco profesional de música fuerte donde la conversación...

Wow! We have tried all of the best restaurants in the city and this is our new favorite! The service was outstanding and they were also very careful with my allergies and cared enough to list every dish that I couldn’t have. The presentation of the food was excellent. The waiter changed our silverware after each course. He explained each dish; giving us all the details about what makes it special and where it originates from.
