Panico Pan y Conservas — Restaurant in Querétaro

My favorite place in Queretaro. The Rufa de Chocolate Fermentado was divine. Sadly, it was only available on the first day I visited. I visited everyday (tried the the apple strudel and baguettes and both were among the best I’ve had, although I wasn’t a fan of the galletas) until I had to leave but it never went back on the shelf.

Wow. I've been in town, just around the corner from this place, for a week and have only discovered it on my last day. Unfortunate for me! This place is great. Authentic pastries. Buttery, light, flakey croissants, and the strudel was incredible. It was legit heavy with fillings, including real chunks of apple as opposed to the "apple sauce" filling I've been finding other places in Mexico. Oh man,...

From a block away you can smell the bakery, and everything we had was amazing 🤩 the cappuccino isn’t very sweet, so it paired perfectly with the fruity pastries we ordered.
