Quetzal Rosa, Cocina fusión con identidad queretana

Tuve una buena experiencia en Quetzal Rosa, un espacio de cocina fusión que apuesta por ingredientes locales y presentaciones muy cuidadas.

Probé un platillo que me pareció visualmente bellísimo: huevo estrellado servido sobre una base de gordita queretana.

Aunque en general disfruté la propuesta, creo que hay detalles que aún pueden afinarse: el tueste o temperatura de la gordita podría ser más uniforme y la cocción del huevo estaba pasada; si no se pregunta el punto de cocción, se esperaría al menos un término medio, no sobre cocido y la salsa estaba muy ácida.

El servicio fue muy agradable. El equipo es joven y muy atento, lo cual se agradece.

La carta ofrece platillos peculiares y diferentes, así que probablemente vuelva para seguir explorando sus propuestas.

I had a good experience at Quetzal Rosa, a fusion cuisine spot that highlights local ingredients and carefully crafted presentations. I tried a dish that was visually beautiful: a sunny-side-up egg served over a traditional gordita from Querétaro.

While I generally enjoyed the concept, there are a few details that could be improved: the gordita could use a more even toast or better temperature, and the egg was overcooked. If the level of doneness isn’t asked, a medium consistency would be expected rather than overdone.

The service was very pleasant. The young staff is attentive and friendly, which is always appreciated.

Clean, open and airy. Big ground level patio and an upstairs one too. Nice folks, attentive service and attention to detail. Creative menu deliciously prepared with superior presentation, but even traditionalists will find something they like here. Fabulous!! We weren't sure what this cute little place was going to be, but the front appealed to our eyes. As soon as we entered we knew it was going to be pleasant. Great atmosphere 👌.
