Visited on Tuesday, when the buffet price was lower, around 14:30 to watch the football, eat and have a drink. The food was the main reason I visited and all the dishes I ordered were delicious, however I must say that the fries were a bit too salty for my taste, and also tasted like lemon, which is not a highlight for me. I highly recommend visiting the place in similar circumstances if your main interest is to eat and have a nice and comfy time with your family or friends. The place wasn't too crowded, which might have influenced my experience a lot, since I prefer a rather quiet place with not so loud music, and since football was the main event on TV there was no music at all, which I greatly appreciate. Despite the low price of the buffet, the personnel didn't take too long between bringing me what I ordered, and the food was properly made and had a great taste, which was my main concern before visiting. I only had a beer, a Caguama, and I'm not exactly a speed drinker so it took me some time to finish it, but despite that the beer never lost a lot of it's temperature, keeping that refreshing taste that goes so well with the wings, boneless, burgers and hotdogs. Bien Rebels aquí va mi experiencia: Jueves por la noche (ayer) tráfico horrible en Tecnológico decidí mejor parar a tomarme una cerveza a uno de mis restaurantes favoritos, todo bien hasta ese momento, me recibio la hosstes muy amable y me ofreció lugar donde quisiera, pedí una hamburguesa de la carta y una cerveza regular. El tiempo de espera fue bastante aceptable a pesar de que tenían un poco de gente...es más la hamburguesa salió muy rapido. Bien por la cocina y bien por el mesero. Bueno antes de terminar decidí pedir unos boneles para llevarle a mi familia, el mesero me hizo una muy buena sugerencia ofreciendo una oferta de 3x2 muy bien por parte del chico. Bueno la cosa se pudrió y se puso muy incómodo cuando antes de disponerme a marcharme decidí pedir mi última cerveza, me la trajeron y entonces decidí ir al baño. Bueno Rebels después de regresar del baño me doy con la sorpresa de ya no está mi cerveza, menos mal que mi producto que pedí para llevar decidí llevarlo conmigo al baño. Me dirigo con la Gerente que hasta ese momento yo no sabía que lo era, una chica chaparrita de lentes y cabello recogido que estaba cerca de la puerta. Le comenté lo siguiente: disculpa tenía una cerveza en la mesa y ya no está, la verdad ya me quiero ir pero no puedo. (Ojo en este momento yo ya había pagado mi consumo y el pedido para llevar, solo me faltaba la cerveza). De una forma muy descortés me contestó que ella no sabía nada pero que iba preguntar, ok todo bien hasta que me dejó esperando 30 minutos y si no es por qué le digo a uno de los meseros que porfavor le hable a su gerente yo creo que ni se parece. Al momento que aparece un poco molesto le pregunto lo siguiente: oye que pasó con la cerveza? A lo que ella responde ya de una forma muy grosera: nose no pude conseguirtela🥲. Me comento que no sabe si algún indigente se la llevo y para rematar que de que otra cerveza quería osea me dejó esperando ahí como tonto y mi producto para llevar ya estaba todo frío. Mucha falta de empatía. Le dije que no era justo que no me hubiera avisado antes y entonces para echarlo a perder más culpo a uno de sus colaboradores. Rebels yo me dirigí en primera instancia con ella aún sabiendo que no era la Gerente, no puede ser que culpe a un colaborador, que falta de liderazgo. Jamás se disculpo y me contestó que si no se me ofrecía nada más? Le dije que iba poner una queja y me contestó que ahí estaba el código QR y se retiró. Chicos no es con el afán de molestar la verdad ni siquiera soy un cliente exigente, no me fui por qué todavía no pagaba la cerveza y por empatía de que se la cobraran al mesero. En fin... Muy mal manejada la situación por parte de la gerente que ni siquiera se molestó en decir su nombre, era muy simple Rebels simplemente ofrecer una disculpa al cliente y una solución, ya no me dan ganas de volver por la mala experiencia con esta persona.
